The River House is a two story home located in a secluded wooded area with 550 feet of Manistee River front at
your door. This is a perfect location for year-round vacationing. You have access to fishing, canoeing and kayaking,
hiking, horseback riding, cross county skiing, snowmobiling, ATV trails, hunting and more.
The upper floor has a large deck overlooking the river with a natural fireplace and large windows. The fully furnished
kitchen has all the modern appliances and utensils you would need. There's a full bath, large bed room, color cable
TV and plenty of room to relax.
The lower floor has a full bath with a whirlpool tub perfect to relax in after a day on the river or trail. A second
living room with color TV, fire place, a second bed room and kitchenette gives you more options for your family
or group. A walk out porch gives you direct access to a large yard and the river. No matter what the reason or
the season this makes the perfect vacation home to enjoy Northern Michigan.
