The condo has a main floor of 1020 square feet of living space. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, basement with washer and dryer, sofa bed in living room, fully equipped kitchen, with a garbage disposal, and dishwasher, color tv with hbo/cinemax, telephone, air conditioning. enjoy the peaceful setting out on the patio, with table, chairs, and a BBQ.

The condos are surrounded by woods, and a very peaceful secluded setting. you have the full use of the Kingsley Motel amenities, which includes volleyball, badminton, horse shoes, basketball, swing set for the little ones, and a fire pit, for those s'mores, and hot dog gatherings. continental breakfast is also included from 7am-9:30am at the Kingsley Motel. Our guests, at the Kingsley Motel, enjoy the convenience of having the Mini-Mart next door for ordering from their room.

The condos are located in back of the motel, walking distance. Snowmobilers will love the use of the 1 car garage, for your sleds, and gear.
